If you need to cancel your order entirely, or modify the details of your order (such as changing a print size, updating a shipping address, or swapping an artwork), you must contact us within 12 hours<\/strong> of placing the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please email us immediately at online@bevan.co.za<\/em> with the subject line: URGENT: Order Change – #YOUR-ORDER-NUMBER<\/strong>. Note: Sending a request does not automatically guarantee the cancellation. We will confirm via email whether we were able to intercept the order in time.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Once 12 hours have passed, or once an order has entered the active printing and packing phase (whichever comes first), it can no longer be canceled or modified under any circumstances<\/strong>. At this stage, the materials have already been used and the fulfillment process cannot be reversed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you realize you have entered the wrong shipping address after the 12-hour window, we cannot guarantee it can be changed before dispatch.
