Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary significantly by destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Domestic (South Africa) Delivery: Standard courier delivery takes 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. Bevan Printworks has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. The customer is solely responsible for paying any additional customs clearance fees. If a package is returned to us because of unpaid duties or taxes, we will not issue a refund for the shipping costs.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Bevan Printworks is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient, incorrect, or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the secondary shipping costs required to dispatch the item again.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, exact delivery timelines are outside of our control. We do not issue refunds for orders delayed by the courier system, weather events, or customs holds. If your tracking indicates that your package is definitively lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a replacement print for you.
